We always encourage your first service to be a Signature Deep Clean, so all of the surfaces that we clean are ready to be maintained. The amount of work required to clean your home is based on many factors including the condition of surfaces and how the home is lived in. Some homes have a lot of build-up on surfaces with many kids and dogs. Others homes only have dust on surfaces with a single person, no pets or kids, and works away a lot.

Our Signature Deep Clean:

Our Signature Deep Clean addresses pretty much everything except the painted walls & ceiling. We high dust for cobwebs, and then we handwash cabinet faces, doors, frames, railings, exposed baseboards, chair rails, sills/sashes on the windows we can reach / access, de-smudge widows of finger or paw prints, air returns & ceiling fans that we are able to reach, backsplashes, showers / surrounds, etc.

Recurring Maintenance Clean:

All of the surfaces touched in our Signature Deep Clean are now maintained during the recurring maintenance cleans.  On each service, we endeavor to send the same team to you each time.

Services We Are Unfortunately Unable to Provide:

Due to insurance constraints, we are unable to move furniture, or perform duct cleaning, We also are unable to  clean bio-material, outside of normal kitchen or bathroom usage, as this will contaminate our equipment and be difficult to clean / sterilize, so, for example, pet messes should be cleaned up prior to our arrival.
